Kansas City BBQ

Soon after I moved to Kansas City, I discovered how truly awesome BBQ can be.  With so many styles, flavors, and techniques practiced in this city, I’m on a mission to try them all.  After living in KC for 3+ years, I have learned how juicy brisket can be, how ribs should not fall off the bone, and how large chunks of pork are better than small shreds.  Some day I’ll combine all this knowledge and start cooking my own meat.  With my parent’s Yellow Submarine BBQ sauce and dedicated friends as teammates, we may even compete against other pit masters…maybe…someday.
